Getting creative for a 4 course meal for mom's birthday:
Fried Asparagus wrapped in ham with Dijon Mustard followed by a tomato, cucumber, avocado, feta salad
Main course of pistachio crusted salmon with baked carrots with an herbed yogurt sauce:
And an almond cake with a baked cherry glaze:
